This company needed to collect feedback from customers about use of their software, needs for data analysis and mining tools, and software buying processes.
We conducted a global online quantitative survey to measure satisfaction and needs, and to determine software buying processes. The quantitative survey was followed by telephone-based one-on-one qualitative interviews with software users in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and France.
The follow-up qualitative interviews helped us to better contextualize the quantitative results.
