A consortium of EU fine food product producers, needed to measure awareness and consumption of several cured ham and cheese products among US adults.
We fielded a research study to measure awareness, consumption, and attitudes toward 5 European cured hams and 5 European cheeses.
Our research provided an update to the tracking of the brands’ penetration of the US market and identified the profile of consumers most likely to purchase the products. The information is being used to support ongoing communications efforts.
