A leading provider of design and image processing software wished to better understand how the consumer market used mobile devices to create and share photos, videos, and illustrations.
We conducted a large research study among both U.S. consumers and users of our client’s apps. The research explored consumers’ attitudes and behaviors related to creating and sharing content and compared the general population to our client’s users.
The work identified four key segments based on content creation and provided clear direction on how to position and target to grow their consumer business. The project also provided product managers with detailed profiles of app users.
