For over 15 years, Jennifer Morales Keller has been at the forefront of research technology, developing innovative approaches and going beyond target generalizations to find true insights.
Before joining Erickson Research, she co-founded the Shopper Insights division for another market research firm and has established herself as an industry leader in shopper marketing and retail activation.
Her global and domestic research experience spans many categories including consumer packaged goods, technology, retail, travel, insurance, and financial services. She has particular expertise in brand management, advertising, promotions, and shopper marketing.
Jennifer holds an MBA in Marketing and Data Management from Loyola University and a BS in Marketing from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
Jennifer’s innovative spirit thrives beyond the research world. She’s often scoping out fresh blooms — collecting what inspires her — to create unique flower arrangements. In fact, she’s a trained florist and once owned her own floral design company. She also enjoys running, yoga, baking, and spending time with her husband and their fabulous pooch, Zoe.
